Added a video player to the About page & turned the main content frame and jerma ads into draggable divs (finally!!) also figured out why the window image wasn't changing anymore. updated the resources/links page as well.

Combined About and all its subpages into one using iframes to reduce memory issues on site & allow faster loading. Autoplay has been added back, with a warning on homepage.
